As a Customer Service Specialist at Pence Financial Group, Courtney strives to provide an extraordinary client experience, from initial onboarding to answering day-to-day account questions to meeting complex client support needs. She is an essential member of the team delivering operational assistance at the Livonia, Michigan office. Courtney is dedicated to building long-term relationships, comfortable interactions, and confidence for clients’ ongoing needs.

What Makes Me Knowledgeable?

Courtney began her financial services career in 2020 and joined Pence Financial Group in 2024. Prior to working in the finance industry, Courtney homeschooled her three children for more than fifteen years, along with developing an education cooperative in her community. She is a life-long learner and draws on her extensive administrative and teaching experience to communicate and support clients to the highest level. She takes the time to listen to every client and has the ability to adapt and solve their individual needs no matter the complexity.

Getting to Know Me 

Courtney lives in Livonia with her husband. They have three adult children. She enjoys spending time with her family and is passionate about her faith. She serves in numerous roles at her church, including being a Bible study teacher for more than fifteen years. Outside of the office, you will find her cheering on local sports teams, hosting dinner parties with friends, and spending time with her needy French Bulldog, Hugo.
