LINH POLLACK

DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION

How Can I Help You?

Linh Pollack serves as the Director of Administration for Pence Financial Group. As an integral member of the company since its inception in 2018, she brings over two decades of administrative, operational, organizational, and leadership experience from both her civilian and military careers. Linh works closely with all personnel within the company to assist in the back-end operational, administrative, and human resource needs to ensure all team members have the tools they need to better serve and assist our clients. She firmly believes that if you keep your team happy and reduce their worries, they can better focus their full attention to making sure our clients receive the best care possible. In addition, Linh assists with strategic planning and implementation as a Special Projects Manager.

What Makes Me Knowledgeable?

Linh is committed to always striving for self-improvement and applying her skills to become more efficient and achieve measurable results.  She works hard to integrate all knowledge and skills learned in her personal life, civilian jobs, and military career. Her management and operation experience spans from managing a small team to supporting multi-national organizations with hundreds of thousands of military personnel, government officials, and civilian contractors.

Linh holds a Bachelor of Art’s Degree in Intelligence Studies with a concentration in Terrorism from the American Military University in Charles Town, West Virginia. She has applied her knowledge to assist her military career where she is still an active member of the U.S. Army Reserves as a Master Sergeant (E-8) in the Intelligence Field. She is a military intelligence analyst, and a human intelligence collector trained to conduct military source operations and support joint operation forces in detention facilities. Currently, Linh is in an instructor unit where her focus is to train the next generation of military intelligence professionals.

Linh was deployed three times in support of oversea contingent operations supporting U.S. troops in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, and Kuwait. She is the recipient of the Defense Meritorious Service Medal (2010), Meritorious Service Medal (2023), and two Army Commendation Medals.

Getting to Know Me

In her free time, Linh enjoys reading, playing video games, and tinkering around in her indoor and outdoor gardens. She is the proud mother of three children, three Labrador Retrievers, and two psychotic attack kittens. Her goal in life is to out rank her husband John who retired from the U.S. Marine Corps as a Master Sergeant as well.
