Daniel Pennant is an LPL Financial Advisor with Pence Financial Group located in Virginia Beach Town Center. Daniel serves Tidewater, the Peninsula and their surrounding cities.

In November 2018, Daniel transitioned to the financial advisory profession after 10+ successful years in relationship management, business development and leadership in corporate America. In December 2021, recognized for his exceptional client service, business development, and rapidly growing knowledge base, Daniel transitioned from Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, where he served as an Assistant Vice President, and catered to the varied and complex financial needs of hundreds of clients from every social, economic and cultural background. Now, Daniel leads expansion in Southern Virginia with Pence Financial Group.

Daniel applies a deliberate process to explore and understand each client’s unique financial objectives in the context of their family, career, social life, and values. Daniel understands financial decisions, especially in unfamiliar situations or critical moments, can be stressful and difficult to manage. In lieu of financial jargon, Daniel educates clients throughout the planning process with simple, actionable guidance relating to investments, insurance, estates and trusts, philanthropy and cash management in a tax-aware environment. Daniel is an unapologetic follower of Jesus Christ and His teachings: do the right thing, love kindness, and walk humbly with God. He is engaged to the love of his life, Brenda, and wants all the children. Daniel enjoys cinema, fitness, and the outdoors.
