Kidest (“Kidi”) Tariku is the Office Manager at the Alexandria, VA office and oversees administration, event planning, and purchasing. She has extensive experience in the hospitality industry and from that experience, she holds to the principle that – the customer always comes first. She enjoys being able to help increase productivity for the firm and providing clients with a positive experience as they work with Pence Financial Group.

In her free time, Kidi enjoys cooking, reading, and painting. She has an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Northern Virginia Community College and is currently in school for her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
