Tatum Haberman is a dedicated Customer Service Specialist with a passion for delivering top-notch support and building lasting relationships with clients. She joined Pence Financial Group in February 2024 and works closely with Jason Somers and Yihaies Makonnen at the Alexandria, VA Pence Financial Group’s office. Tatum provides operational assistance to the team and brings a diverse set of skills and experiences to help clients pursue their financial goals. She enjoys working closely with clients and is excited to help others pursue their dreams through forward-looking financial planning.

What Makes Me Knowledgeable? 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from American University and resides in Washington, DC. Tatum has experience working in financial services on the compliance team and recently with supporting clients as a customer success manager at a software company. Prior to her current role, Tatum worked in corporate security for three years, providing a range of risk management services. She utilizes her diverse set of experiences, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills to help clients pursue their goals. Tatum is committed to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and regulations.

Getting to Know Me

Tatum is passionate about volunteering and currently works with the Village Mission to support refugees and victims of human trafficking throughout their resettlement process in America. During her leisure time, she indulges in historical fiction novels, goes on bike rides, explores Washington DC, and loves getting outside with friends and family.
